I experienced a frustrating issue with my deposits at FXOpen. Two volet deposits and a litecoin deposit were never credited to my account, leaving my funds unaccounted for. Despite reaching out for assistance, I didn't receive any support or an official explanation. The only response I got was to wait, with assurances that the money would eventually appear. According to their website, volet deposits should be instant, and litecoin deposits should be confirmed after three blockchain confirmations. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case for me. FXOpen seems to deny any responsibility, and I am still waiting for my money to be returned.

I've been with FXOpen for a few months, and overall, it's been a positive experience. Initially, I encountered a small hiccup when the platform requested extra documents after I'd finished the verification process. Fortunately, their support team handled it swiftly and efficiently. Over time, I've successfully made numerous deposits and withdrawals, and I've been enjoying my leveraged MT4 ECN account without any issues. I wholeheartedly recommend FXOpen to others.

The email support team is quite efficient and eager to assist. They typically reply within a day and provide thorough explanations when necessary. On the other hand, the Live Chat representatives seem uninformed about their own platform. They often provide outdated or incorrect details, seemingly to end the conversation quickly. Despite this, I'm hopeful for a positive trading experience ahead.
