My Favorite Crypto Exchange
Coinbase
4.5

Coinbase is the best US based cryptocurrency exchange to buy and sell coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other altcoins. It's the largest exchange in America with over 68 million verified users. I've used them since 2018 with zero issues. Highly recommended.

1. Cardano (ADA)

Cardano is my top crypto coin under $5 to buy because ADA solves a huge problem in the smart contract ecosystem: high gas fees and energy usage. ADA is still trading near $1 but I don’t think that will last for long due to its huge long term potential.

Africa is also embracing Cardano for its ability to help billions of people maintain a digital identity and Ethereum co-founder Charles Hockinson is pushing ADA forward as a better proof of stake alternative to Ether’s traditional proof of work model.

2. Decentraland (MANA)

Decentraland is my favorite Metaverse cryptocurrency that will benefit from the upcoming web 3.0 boom that will change the way we interact with the internet forever.

Decentraland Web 3.0 transition

MANA is an Ethreum token that allows users to buy and sell land within Decentraland. MANA traded at just 2 cents during its ICO and soared to as high as $5 after Facebook changed its name to Meta.

The good thing about MANA is that you can use the token within Decentraland and there is a lot of new buzz surrounding the Decentraland ecosystem. Many big companies have purchased virtual real estate within Decentraland and plan to buid commercial stores & real estate projects to generate revenue in the future.

According to Etherscan, MANA token has over 215k HODLers and will continue to grow in demand as more people join Decentraland.

3. The Sandbox (SAND)

2. Tezos (XTZ)

Tezos is another popular proof of stake crypto coin that rewards users for staking XTZ on platforms like Coinbase. XTZ launched in 2018 and reached an all-time hihg of $7 in early 2021 before crashing all the way down to its current price.

It’s not the most popular altcoin in the cryptoverse but I do think XTZ could attract more stakeholders chasing reliable yields in the future.

6. Voyager Token (VGX)

Voyager token is an Ethereum token that supports Voyager’s cashback rewards and staking ecosystem. It’s one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges in North America with over 1 million funded accounts as of December 31st, 2021.

VGX lets you earn additional staking rewards and participate in securing the Voyager network in case of a liquidity crisis. I use Voyager app to buy and sell cryptocurrency because you can trade up to 80 crypto assets commission-free.

If you hold at least 500 VGX then you can earn 7% staking rewards plus additional rewards on certain cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum.
