7 Cryptocurrencies Under $1 to Invest in for November 2021

What are the best cryptocurrencies under $1 to buy right now? Our best cheap altcoin recommendations are Dogecoin (DOGE), Ripple (XRP), Decentraland (MANA), Stellar (XLM), and Vechain (VET). You can start investing in these cheap coins today on Coinbase.

Table of Contents

1. Dogecoin (DOGE)

  • Market Cap: $38 billion
  • Circulating Supply: 130 million
  • Total Supply: N/A due to 5 billion coin inflation rate annually

Dogecoin is one of the more popular altcoins under $1 with the potential to reach $1 or more in the near future. DOGE was created as a joke back in 2013 but has gained a huge following since 2020.

While Dogecoin doesn’t have a max supply, popular crypto backers like Elon Musk and Mark Cuban promote DOGE as a superior way to handle payments than Bitcoin.

2. Ripple (XRP)

  • Market Cap: $54 billion
  • Circulating Supply: 46 billion
  • Total Supply: 100 billion

Ripple is currently one of the more speculative cryptocurrencies that’s dealing with a SEC lawsuit but has a lot of long term potential. My guess is Ripple wins the lawsuit and XRP will soar in price as a result.

XRP helps banks process once lengthy and expensive transactions much faster for a very low cost. I don’t expect XRP to remain under $1 for long so now is a good chance to buy while everyone is afraid of the lawsuit jitters.

3. Chiliz (CHL)

  • Market Cap: $2.2 billion
  • Circulating Supply: 5.69 billion
  • Total Supply: 8.88 billion

Chiliz is an Ethereum token that powers the Socios.com sports & entertainment platform for dozens of world football (soccer) and racing teams. You can use the Chiliz token to trade fan tokens of your favorite soccer clubs like FC Barcelona and PSG.

Soccer star Lionel Messi made headlines when the news announced he would receive a portion of his 2 year contract with Paris Saint German in PSG fan tokens. Also, Socios signed several NBA partnerships with teams like the Philadelphia 76ers, Detriot Pistons, and Chicago Bulls to expand into professional basketball.

Sports gaming will be a huge industry in the future and Chiliz looks like a solid investment at current price levels.

4. AMP (AMP)

  • Market Cap: $2.6 billion
  • Circulating Supply: 42 billion
  • Total Supply: 99 billion

AMP token is backed by the Flexa network that helps merchants accept payments in different fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies.

There are several rumors circulating around that both Amazon and Walmart may use Flexa network to handle cryptocurrencies payments in the near future. Both Companies recently posted job openings for a “Cryptocurrency Lead and Blockchain Expert” to help these large cap corporations accept crypto sometime in the near future.

While AMP is a pure speculation play, I think it’s worth buying into early before the news officially breaks. At just 6 cents per coin, AMP is one of the cheaper altcoins with massive upside.

5. DecentraLand (MANA)

Decentralland is an Ehtereum based crypto that allows users to purchase virtual reality land within the program. Users can purchase virtual land, which gives them ownership and control over apps created within their land.

MANA could reach $1 or more as more people use the platform to get involved with virtual reality and create their own land.

6. Stellar (XLM)

Stellar provides cheaper, faster crypto transactions without all the annoying gas fees using Ethereum.

7. Vechain (VET)

Vechain helps businesses manage supply chain and enhance efficiency through the use of blockchain.

8. Ultra (UOS)

9. MediBlock (MED)
