I couldn’t believe warren buffet owned real estate at 14, that is pretty insane, no wonder he was so successful, he knew what he was doing from a real early age.
Sometimes I think Buffett grew up too fast. How could a 14-year old enjoy childhood if he had to worry about property taxes, tenants, and land deeds?
